The Route One TMS Driver App is designed to integrate seamlessly with TMS ONE, aiming to facilitate ongoing shipments, enable direct communication with dispatchers, upload documents efficiently, and support various operational needs.

Only available to clients of Route One TMS, this application offers comprehensive driver management features including:

• Viewing assigned and scheduled orders
• Accessing key stop reference numbers, special instructions, and other relevant details
• Checking in and out at each stop
• Editting check-in/out times to correct manual entry errors
• Reviewing the history of completed shipments

Additionally, the app supports real-time communication with dispatchers through in-app messaging, allowing drivers to:

• Send and receive messages regarding stops or routes
• Escalate issues or report problems promptly
• Provide estimated time of arrival (ETA), request cash advances, accessorials, repair assistance, time off, and other support

Document scanning capabilities are also included, featuring:

• High-quality automatic scans
• Automatic or manual cropping options
• Selectable file types such as BOL/POD, Lumper receipts, Scale Tickets, Invoices, and Photos</液>
• Automatic upload of all scans directly to the Carrier’s TMS platform
